Key Activities / Accountabilities

- Drive business development
- Key Client management
- Manage and motivate teams to effectively deliver on client needs and company goals
- Prioritize tasks and appropriately delegate to individual members of the team, ensuring they are given adequate time, resource and are sufficiently trained to execute the tasks.
- Develop local and global strategy and media planning basics across multiple channels as applicable by client
- Create and deliver presentations for media planning, and strategy
- Take action to provide unique recommendations applicable to the client's marketing communication goals.
- Work with other teams/departments to promote clients’ interests with strategically important media owners.
- Communicate with local and global clients
- Build good relationships with clients by supporting communication strategy with internal departments as a project leader.
- Work collaboratively with team to implement strategic vision into tactical solutions and results

Knowledge / Experience Requirements

- Managing and communicating with Clients.
- Possess superior management and organizational skills, flexibility, resiliency, and the ability to manage multiple expectations through proactive communication, status reporting and scope management
- Good communication, planning and analytic abilities.
- Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities and excellent project management skills
- Proven advanced capability across media offerings
- Excellent understanding of traditional media and consumer spaces, but at the same time, demonstrates a hunger for new learning on the emerging media/ digital space
- Demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions and proactive ideas/concepts. An organized individual with ability to multi-task and focus on quality of result prioritized in a dynamic environment
- Passionate team member, committed to team success
- Has a strong understanding of tools available to help drive insights (e.g., Comscore, GA). Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Gaining fluency in frameworks used to help drive strategic insights (e.g., industry, competitive analysis).
- Excellent Korean and English communication skills in verbal and written with internal and external contacts
- Strong networking and consulting skills
- Experience working in agency or client capacity
