◆ Purpose of the Job :

- Handling the Customers’ Inquires / Complaints actively and proactively

  (Key Account&Global Account)
- Managing & Training Customer Services Team mates, monitoring the team’s

  performance
- Developing the products for improvement for the project and the new business

  for the key accounts

◆ Job Duties :

- To develop and find out the best way to serve the key accounts efficiently
- To Initiate and implement the performances for the new business of the Key

 accounts
- To Make and prepare the presentation for the new project
- To do the normal job for the Key accounts as the following
- To handle overseas/customer inquiries and service requests in a good manner

 through email and phone calls
- To co-ordintae with operations and overseas offices on all shipments for the

 key-accounts
- To confirm and organize information for order processing. e.g. selling rate,

 flight schedule, payment terms, shipment ready date, etc.
- To Track and trace the shipments with the overseas and the operation and keep

 eye on OMS. 
- To Visit the customers regularily
- To Prepare the performance of the shipments for KPI or the regular meeting

 with the Key accounts.

◆ Job Requirements :

- More than 8~10 years experience  in the forwarding Industry
- More than 5 years experience of leading & managing the team
- Able to work indenpendly & high efficiency, even can work under pressure

 with quality work delivery
- Fluent in Business English & preference of the second language
- Excellent PC skills
- Excellent in MS office (Word, Excell and Power Point etc.)
- Deep knowledge of forwarding industry
- Good at Conflict solving
- Self-driven, motivated , and willing to challenge
