In our R&D laboratory, your main mission is to:
- Support formulation / reformulation projects entrusted to you by the management and monitoring of the technical choices of packaging and conditioning methods,
- Supervise the team of R & D formulators and support them in achieving their development goals,
- Ensure progress and completion of projects in a timely manner.
Missions:
- Develop cosmetic formulas under the marketing brief, following the R&D processes and integrating regulatory and registration
- Ensure the Research & Development monitoring and exploration of any component of the formula (raw materials),
- Ensure validation formulas (stability) and packaging (compatibility industrialization)
- Follow-up tests of different formulas externally (challenge tests, toxicology ...)
- Contribute to the development of new products,
- Improve the quality and effectiveness of existing products and / or formulations
- Monitoring technical strengths and to propose technical solutions to the problems encountered,
- Establish and maintain Development and Industrial files and subcontractors specifications for production, standardize internal development processes and collaboration with external subcontractors,
- Provide regular reporting and relevant information to the general direction of all stages of development,
- Evolve in a dynamic environment where reactivity and respect of deadlines are critical.
1st year objectives:
- Development of minimum 50 projects
Requirements:
Significant experience: Minimum of 5 years of formulation + Management. |
