This job is responsible for delivering functional / technical expertise in E&I maintenance work including design, documentation and trouble-shutting as a E&I Engineer role.   The job will be a key member to lead control system as DCS, PLC & instrumentation and will be the manufacturing line E&I engineer to improve process line & to solve trouble of E&I equipment

The E&I Engineer shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

·          Perform a full electrical & Instrumentation equipment development (Design, analysis, Install, Test, Evaluate, Improve, Solve in Process line)

·          Design & Analysis to meet requirement of E&I system in process line

·          Provide a guideline of installation for E&I system base on system manual, engineering, etc.

·          Conduct test & evaluation of E&I system thru experiments methodically, analyze data

·          Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to improve E&I system

·          Solve & Improve E&I system as PLC control program (Logic, Sequence , Alarm & Interlock, SCADA system in Siemens S7 and Honeywell TDC3000) skill & knowledge to read and to modify with good technology    

·          Discussing and solving complex problems with process group

·          Working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering sector;

·          Provide technical support to internal customers.

·          Leads & reviews E&I design as a E&I Engineer

·          A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (or similar related degree).

·          Minimum of 5 years work experience on E&I engineer

·          Minimum of 5 years work experience as functional engineer or designer at E&I work

·          Preferred the experience in chemical, film or paper process industries(5~10 years)

·          Preferred the experience PLC control program as Siemens S7 Series, AB L60 Series

·          Preferred the experience DCS control program as Honeywell TDC3000

·          Strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize and manage tasks

·          Good team building, conflict resolution, and interpersonal & coaching skills

·          Good oral and written English skills

·          Critical thinking with exceptional problem solving skills, able to work independently or in team environment.

·          Intermediate to advanced level skills with Microsoft Office software and Windows

·          Creative and innovative.
