2. 담당업무
Support Chief Risk Officer to carry out Enterprise Risk Management objectives.

In particular:

- Establish/improve risk management framework and governance; embed operational risk culture throughout the organization to promote transparency and accountability for inherent risk and controls
- Implement capital management framework including statutory capital review, target setting, internal capital modeling, and solvency EC
- Oversight/support risk dashboard and risk reporting process for both internal and regulatory
- Review/quantify risks with quantitative modeling and qualitative assessment; recommend risk management strategies/tactics to optimize risk-return profile
- Identify and manage key risks in the company; monitor and report on policy compliance; effectively report and communicate risk management results to various stakeholders from local, regional, and enterprise
- Provide mentor and training on junior risk analyst.

3. 자격요건
- Bachelor degree or above on related subjects, preferably actuarial science, quantitative finance, Statistics, Applied/pure math, physics, financial engineer
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in financial services, with in-depth and hands on exposure to the life insurance business are required.
- Good understanding of life insurance business in the areas of: investment and investment risks, financial and operational risk management, ALM, derivatives and hedging, actuarial, underwriting and pricing, treasury and liquidity, internal control and compliance, economic capital and quantitative modeling, etc.
- Proven experience of quantitative analytic and qualitative analysis
- Fluent in Korean and Proficient in English is required
- Attainment of professional designation such as FSA, CFA, CERA, Korean Actuary, etc will be a plus
