4. Requirement
1) Education : over BA in Engineering / MBA preferred
2) over 8 years records of global chemical company plus over 3 years of asset management records in chemical field.
- Min. 3 years of operations, product management and/or IG sales/marketing
3) fluent level in English both oral and written
4) others
- interpersonal, negotiation, organization, presentation, communications skill and positive mind

5. Role
responsible for general monitoring and management of the existing Korea assets’ performance
Develop detailed maintenance budget plan and capital spending plan for assets.
Develop productivity opportunity ideas, coordinate productivity program execution related to assets.
Develop asset performance benchmark metrics in the areas of manpower, cost, output, efficiency and reliability.
Develop profitability analysis for each plant asset.
Identify poor profitability/lower performance plant and develop improvement plans.
Identify asset optimization opportunities and develop detailed action plans.
Manage idle assets and optimize spare parts plan.
Develop mid/long-term asset plan/strategy per mid/long-term demand forecast.
Lead the effort to develop or improve operational processes.
Coordinate lessons learned and best practice sharing process
To support joint productivity programs with the customers and coordinate the implementation plan.
Develop CER (Certified Emission Reduction)s strategy for entire assets and for specific plant asset
Provide GAO design suggestions regarding performance improvement and cost saving
