[RESPONSIBILITIES]- Analyzes and controls the energy and/or operational performance in preparation for its optimization- Energy Drift Management  ~ Implement Energy Management Tool and metering schedule of site facility in order to enable accurate continuous energy performance monitoring (on defined energy value chain)  ~ Follow accurate indicators (related to contractual commitments), animate actions plans and ensure their efficiency  ~ Estimate the potential saving provided by the most relevant corrective actions  ~ Establish the annual assessment of actions and improvements  ~ Participate into performance meeting with operationals  ~ Contribute into and maintain the Energy performance dashboard of the sites in Hubgrade perimeter, using Energy management tools  ~ From Energy Management Tool, elaborate the budget draft for contract with energy management services (metered-base contract, temperature-base contract or lump sump contract)  ~ Work closely in the Hubgrade Center with Operational and Maintenance Center. - Support Operations teams  ~ Participate to the weekly review Energy Performance with Operations teams   ~ Work closely in the Hubgrade Center with Operational and Maintenance Center- Support Sales Team  ~ Can participate since Hubgrade Center by remote connection to Client meeting or Energy Steering Committee for support Sales/Operation team 
[QUALIFICATIONS]- Under 3 years of experience- Education: Engineer (data and physics background)- Experience: Engineer  with wide experience or equivalent level, license (environmental services management), Experience in data management & analysis- Language: fluent English & Korean
