- Manage the Russia and CIS territory to achieve the sales

targets

- Develop the potential distributors and manage curent partners

within territory

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and professional

selling skills

[상세]

- Sales management in Russia and CIS region

; Responsible for managing sales, AR(Account receivable),

business partners and achieving financial objectives for

assigned products within territory

; Assist in the development and implementation of strategic

sales plans

; Market share expansion through new partners/distributors

development and managing the existing partners/customers

; Develop the territory business plan which identify

opportunities within current customer base and help

formulate sales strategies in conjunction with global business

team leader and head of global business division

- Marketing Support

; Ability to teach and educate medical personnel regarding

product features and benefits

; Plan and organize the exhibition/seminar/training programs in

territory

; Develop the detail aids and promotional materials in territory

[우대요건]

- Effective communication skills for internal and external

customers

- Understanding and knowledge about pharmaceutical and

medical aesthetics industry in Russia and CIS countries

- Analytical thinking and innovation

- Active learning and learning strategies

- Complex problem-solving and ideation

[우대자격]

- 러시아어 상급 이상 필수

- 영어 및 기타 외국어 능통자 우대

- 경력 4년~12년

- 나이 39세까지
