Brand Manager
1. OBJECTIVE:
- Planning brand strategy and followed tactic to achieve brand objectives as a part of the GD BU and corporate goal
- Analyze the competitive market landscape and develop strategic plan to overcome and penetrate the market
- Organize marketing campaign and follow up the implementation to collaborate with sales team
- Manage brand related KPI and other business indicators for seamless business progression and perusing brand
performance
2. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Brand management
- Establish a brand strategy and setting business plan to deliver business goals.
- Actively interact with Global/Asia franchise for strategic decision, and campaign creation.
- Lead new product launch with multi-functional teams.
- Manage brand P&L and marketing budget
- Develop new product ideas and concepts in line with mid-term business strategy.
2) Strategic Sales planning
- Define business opportunities thru full understanding of market/competitive landscape and allocate resource
- Engage and lead commercial functions and make timely decision
- Monitor and analyze weekly/monthly sales trend and review monthly Fcst reflecting market demand and business
risk
- Implements tactical plan by allocating appropriate resource.
3) Marketing Campaign & Communication strategy development
- Manages the execution of communications, research and public relations plans.
- Develops advertising plans to support the marketing plan, identifies appropriate vehicles and messages, and works
with appropriate management to convey needs and image of the company.
- Oversees the management of assigned vendors and agencies.
4) Ensure Ethical and Compliant Behavior
- Ensure all activities supporting the Brand/s are compliant with legal requirements in the respective country and
Bayer Corporate guidelines and regulations.
- Communicate Takeda’s standards of Business Ethics and Compliance to both internal and external customers.

3. EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology and Chemistry
- At least 5 years of Marketing experience in Pharma industry
- Preferred the experience in Specialty Medicine (e.g. rare disease)
- Commercial acumen and understanding of business financials
- Results oriented, resourceful, independent.
- Collaboration, interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills
- Excellent in verbal and written English, in addition to local language

Accounting Associate
1. OBJECTIVE:
To ensure correct Accounting treatment regarding A/P vouchers paid to 3rd party vendors
2. ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall control of company’s A/P transactions
- Review and book keeping of A/P vouchers into SAP system (Domestic and Overseas vendors)
- Manage ARIBA system
- Manage advance payment & settlement
- Expense accrual review and posting
- Prepaid expense armotization
- Payment request template update (New vendor code, cost center, account codes, etc)
- Provide timely and accurate financial information in support of business strategies
- Drive process improvement and implement financial system, controls, policies and procedures.
- Special projects as directed by the Finance Director and other functional departments within the company.
- Communicate with internal customers to receive adequate supporting documents and understand the business
transaction to keep accurate journalizations in SAP system
- Review WHT on oversea payment
- VAT return preparation
3. EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- 5~7 years of experience in Accounting
- Pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- SAP experience
- Good English communication

Market Access Associate
1. OBJECTIVE:
- The Market Access Associate has responsibilities for products’ pricing and reimbursement
- The incumbent in this position needs to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge about health care industry as
well as organizational structure and work processes of government organizations concerned
2. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Set up P&R strategies for new drug and existing drug reimbursement expansion
- Generate P&R dossier to submit to government (including systematic literature review, local HEOR data analysis)
- Strategic HEOR, BIA data generation & communication
- Monitors and assess impact of healthcare environment and regulation change on Takeda products
- Obtain reimbursement and price approval from government and ensure subsequent maintenance for future
indications
- Internal cross-functional collaboration
- Communication with HIRA, MOH, NHIS
- Coordinate HEOR project and communicate with global HEOR team.
- Support the market access manager and MAPS head to ensure local healthcare regulations and global pricing
governance
- Provide insights to P&R Manager for overall strategy development
