상세요건 |

|
|
|
- Bachelors of Science or equivalent in Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering, / min. Mechanical Engineering
- Min 1~4 years' experience in Automotive Electronics parts Quality or Development engineering is preferred.
- Experience about HKMC Vattz system handling for PSO & ISIR process.
- Capability to engineer complex systems comprised of diverse technologies.
- Experience at an Automotive Tier I is preferred.
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent Problem-solving and analytical skills. Performs failure analysis.
- Capability with standard engineering disciplines including such as DVP&R, DFMEA and APQP.
- Strong academic engineering knowledge especially in the areas of statics, dynamics and
thermodynamics.
- German and/or Chinese Language Skills are a plus.

|
|
|
|
1) Support Program Management and Application Engineering as follows :
• help avoid and/or solve design related quality risks and problems in every phase of product life
• Evaluate and implement customer expectations and requirements
(including standards such as IATF 16949, APQP,
ISO 26262, etc.).
• Planning of Q activities together with Project Manager
• Release quality gates according to Project Management Guideline, especially quality of deliverables in APQP checklist
2) Field Quality Engineer
• Accompany Project launch activities with customer oLiaison to customer quality engineer oParticipation in launch build
events on customer side oResponsible for Customer APQP
• Production quality responsible for Power Liftgate Products (Powerise, Federbein, ECU)
• Customer Complaint Management
• 0-km and Warranty Problem coordination
3) Interface to STCN plant, customer and project quality
4) Coordinate and audit final inspection activities in STKR plant(Support)
5) Warranty/ 8D’s
• Approve Customer 8D’s
• Upload Customer Quality Systems
• Product Analysis and problem root cause identification
• Define Root Cause Owner
• Drive and coordinate internal 8D’s
• Information flow for FMEA and Control Plan updates as well as Lessons Learned process
• Determine Responsibility Share Rates and support negotiations with customer
6) Contract review for Q-topics
• Review customer quality requirements
• Transform, distribute and control implementation in Stabilus activities
7) Validation
• Control internal Validation activities in Korea
8) Build and maintain the excellent relationship with customers
• Well communicate with customer, need keep the good communication, also visit customers if necessary.
• Pre-adjust the customer’s visit according to the quality performance, which could insure the effective communication in
an appropriate way.
9) As responsible person of product safety
• Have the well knowledge of the part operation, an overall production process and usage requirement;
• Understand product safety laws and product liability laws;
• Conduct risk analysis from a methodological perspective;
10) Support Internal/External Audit
11) System maintain assistance
12) Some tasks assigned by quality manager.
