• Consult account and channel’s overall business status.
• Propose and ensure execution of CONVERSE policies,
program and process to achieve panned revenue and
strong brand positioning in the market |

• knowledge about Fashion and Market Trend
• Local business trip to develop, check account
and market status
[Bachelor’s degree]
• Interpersonal communication
• Team player
• Proficient in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Available for domestic travel (Driver’s License)
• 3 ~ 4 years’ experience in account(channel)
management
• MULTI CHANNEL(ABC, SHOEMARKER,
LESMORE, ETC) MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
WILL BE PREFERRED |
Account
Management

• Maintain strong business partnership with accounts
• Build the Business plan and analysis account’s business
status (Revenue, Financial Plan, Inventory, Overall
accounts system, etc…)
• Consult overall account operation |
Assortment
Plan
|
• Develop tools of increasing sell-through in each store
• Improve and upgrade products assortment
for each store
• Develop and execute seasonal target, CONVERSE
order guide and product assortment thru valuable
business analysis
• Provide customized assortment plans as well as key
seasonal stories |
