Job Description |
1. Operation of Employee Relations (ER)
- Administration of Collective Bargaining and Salary negotiation,
Labor Management Council, etc.
- Development of the optimized measures considering organizational impacts
- Analysis for Union demands and Benchmark results, Market practice
- Management of CSR activity
2. HR, ER issues (revised labor law, government policy, Company policy, etc.)
- Review, Analyze the relevant issues in line with legal view
- Develop the optimized measures considering organizational impacts
- Analysis for Benchmark results, Market practice
- Establish, Revise the relevant regulations, working instructions
3. Compliance for labor laws
- Preparation, Handling for Audit of labor ministry
- Implement the internal assessment for compliance of labor laws |
Qualification |
1. Education (incl. language)
- University graduation
- Above intermediate level in English; possible to work in English
2. Knowledge and Skills
- Detailed knowledge over HR and ER
- HR project experiences
- Labor law and internal regulations
3. Work experience
- 4 ~ 8 years work experience in ER or HR area |
