Sourcing Specialist

Account Development and Management Specialist

 

 Lead and collaborate with branch staff in recruiting efforts and actions to build a consistent applicant pool


 Coordinate with clients to ensure appropriate number of qualified staff is sourced and assigned in a timely manner


Handle all client related issues in terms of needs, complaints, requests, suggestions, etc.


 Regularly make client visits to obtain feedback and facilitate communication


Build and maintain relationships with clients and become knowledgeable of the needs of all of the accounts he/she is managing


 Lead the development of strategies to obtain new accounts, resolve issues with problem accounts, and maintain success


 Assist/track current sales orders and address concerns/complaints/new orders


 Make daily visits to existing customers


 Provide insight to current state of affairs with clients


 Maintain good customer relations


 Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives


 Assist Regional Sales Director with customer leads

 
Make sales pitches as needed either in person or on the phone

 
Provide administrative support for sales team

 

 

 

Talent Acquisition Specialist  

 

Prospect qualified candidates and solicit resumes/applications through advertisement of jobs and headhunting


Make all necessary efforts to communicate with possible candidates (e-mail, phone)


Assess qualifications and cultural “fit” of candidates through phone screenings


Prepare summary of qualifications of candidates to present to clients


Provide advice and coaching to candidates, including interview prep.


Coordinate schedules with candidates and clients to arrange interviews


Keep candidates engaged throughout entire recruitment process--promote positive candidate experience


Build relationships with candidates and maintain within pipeline


Craft job descriptions/ads for job postings as needed


Post and manage job ads on company website, company social media pages and various job boards accordingly


Develop and maintain various marketing strategies to develop and retain candidates and clients (e.g. mass mail campaigns, social media marketing, job fairs, etc.)


Monitor performance of sourcing methods and prepare reports


Work with sourcing vendors to improve performance as needed (e.g. Indeed, JobKoreaUSA)


Explore other options for soliciting resumes/headhunting and present data to upper management


Develop new direct hire accounts nationwide


Maintain client relationships through various forms of communication


Maintain/manage candidate, client, and job requisition information within ATS/CRM database (Avionte)


Read/organize/respond to e-mail correspondences and phone calls

 

 

Sourcing Specialist

 

 

 Coordinate with Recruiting/Staffing staff members and leadership to identify desired candidate pools and priority of sourcing needs 


 Collaborate with leadership and appropriate team members to properly define job and company culture, develop appropriate message and communication channel/mode to convey job and company brand


 Build expertise in the company’s existing systems and programs to fully utilize available resources and identify areas needing improvements to coordinate enhancement efforts


 Utilize the internal applicant tracking system and extract data to properly identify organizational trends


 Develop appropriate sourcing strategies based on market review and the organization’s open positions taking into consideration local and national availability of these candidates


 Collaborate with Recruitment/Staffing staff members and leadership to implement best practices for sourcing strategies, maintaining a cutting edge approach to how this can be successfully accomplished using all available tools and resources


 Identify trends and expertise in the external marketplace for attracting the best talent through ongoing research and networking efforts


 Network with external sources to continually improve and enhance relationships, as well as maintain the company’s presence in the market


 Communicate national and internal trends to key stakeholders, including utilizing data and presenting recommendations that incorporate appropriate measures to enhance sourcing approaches and tactics


 Assist in the management of the advertising and sourcing funds while monitoring and tracking closing the return on investment (ROI) of all sourcing activity


 Ensure that the ROI of the sourcing activities is reported on a monthly basis


 Utilize data to develop the annual sourcing plan, which includes but is not limited to, funds for attendance at conferences, utilization of sourcing programs, job boards, printed material and all other types of marketing related to talent acquisition​

Bachelor’s degree (non-major specific)
Bilingual in Korean and English
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office) and tech savvy
Strong communication skills (written & oral)
Attention to detail Excellent organizational skills
Ability to problem solve and prioritize
Ability to assess and respond to various situations

 

Sourcing Specialist (우대사항)

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• 0-2 years of sourcing, marketing, content writing and/or employer brand experience
• Outstanding written, verbal and online communication skills
• A proven portfolio of content creation, delivering impactful communication, and tailoring messaging for different audiences preferred
• Adept knowledge of search engine optimization, social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), and other online marketing strategies preferred
• Must be tech and systems savvy---you are the type of person that loves to get into the nitty-gritty details of how technology and systems work
• The ability to think both creatively and analytically
