Senior Specialist, Profit Protection, Finance (사원, 대리급)

Purpose & Overall
Relevance for the Organization:
Position is integral to the on-going success of the company to protect and
maximize profit by addressing all aspects of RT risk and loss related to
company compliance and physical assets (e.g. stock, cash on different
premises), including public and internal dishonesty, procedural failure,
administrative error and wastage.
Initiate and execute profit protection
solutions in co-operation with Manager of Profit Protection.
Key Responsibilities :
Retail Compliance & Store Audit
• Perform the risk
assessment of own retail store operation assigned by Profit Protection manager
• Identify the key
control(s) of own retail store assigned by Profit Protection manager
• Conduct RT store
compliance audit on a risk based approaches assigned by Profit Protection
manager
• Draft the remediating
actions for our audit finding and discuss the remediating action plans with
respective store manager(s)
• Follow-up the
remediating action plans and complete the global store compliance audit(s)
Security Management & Investigation
• Execute Security
compliance audit
• Update/develop security
related policies/guidance/criteria
•Support
incident/accident report process
• Support to conduct the
incident case with key incident information in time-constrain environment and
communicate with respective stakeholders in timely manner
• Keep all meeting minutes
and share them to all relative stakeholder(s) in a timely manner
• Conduct visit to company
premises, check on compliance of security related policies and procedures and
report on findings
• Provide professional
solutions on findings and follow up
Inventory Management & Loss Control
• Support to prepare
annual stocktaking spot check plan / loss control compliance audit plan
• Support to
Update/develop loss control policies/guidance/criteria
• Support to Manage annual
stocktaking
• Conduct visit to company
premises, check on compliance of relevant policies and procedures and report on
findings
• Provide professional
solutions on findings and follow up
• Deliver training on loss
control awareness and build relevant capabilities
Data Analysis
• Support to analyze the
abnormal transaction (Consumer refunds/void transaction/adi-member point
accumulation and redemption/discount sales etc.) Identify abnormal trend and
share with relevant function
• Monitor the high risky
processes (Sample tracking, Promo products, Special events products, A/D
Return, disposal etc.)
• Perform daily sales
transaction with Monthly cut-off Test Analyze shrinkage data base and shrinkage
rate

Profit Protection monthly report
• Other data mining
• Support to Launch Profit
Protection online system and conduct online compliance audit
• Works with accessibility
to strategic business plans, forecast on company sales, full Profit and Loss ,
costs, margins and other key financial data through shared folders, global and
local emails, divisional meetings, team meetings which are available to roles
of management and executive level (such as the Senior Leadership team)

Required Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• CIA/CPA/CMA
qualification preferred
• University degree
