- Plan, develop and deliver Mechanical and Electrical
training programs, including theoretical and
practical lessons, design and conduct knowledge
and skill testing to ensure that employees have
the required skills, knowledge, ability and attitude
to perform.
- Plan and investigate the practices and mind-set
of production employees to improve. Counsel and
mentor the trainees as well as production
employees on-board based on the adult learning
theory and principles to grow and improve.
- Take part in machine installation, modification and
implementation, in conjunction with Secondary
function, and process improvement projects by
a number of trials to obtain the best solution
in production area. |
- College or university bachelor’s degree in
engineering or science, or equivalent
experience

Minimum 3 years of experience with
manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of business systems relevant to the
field of teaching (Prefer)
- Expertise to develop and conduct training
programs, including theoretical and practical
exercise(Prefer)
- Experiences of leading machine qualification
- Experiences of filter making process
- Good English communications skills with
business writing skills required
- Powerful presentation skill preferred
- PC skills
