RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
[KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES] 1. Develops Access strategy and contributes on strategic projects to address challenges from evolving macro environment -Anticipates key trend of environment(e.g. pricing policy, macroeconomic), and analyze organizational implication in order to prepare for environmental changes -Develops a strategic platform to support BUs based on a comprehensive understanding through relevant Access strategy -Contributes on industrial collaboration to shape environment for patient access
2. Is responsible for new products pricing & reimbursement -Develops Access strategy for HIRA and negotiation strategy for NHIS in collaboration with a cross-functional team -Develops product value dossier with relevant clinical and economic data -Stakeholders Communication: Negotiates with government decision bodies including MOHW, HIRA and NHIS
3. Maximizes business opportunity in collaboration with Business Unit -Leads reimbursement expansion for in-line product -Provides access expertise to BD(business development)
4. Brings into Access team operations -Provides single point of contact for assigned Business Unit -Takes lead on regular communication (e.g. H&V & PA Update Meeting) with Business Unit in collaboration with Public Affairs -Communicates with Global Health & Value including PSP (Price Strategy Proposal) -Manages price information through PRAXIS
5. Contributes to build an effective team and develop efficient organization

General understanding of pharmaceutical industry, healthcare policy, pricing and reimbursement system, HTA, and pricing decision-making process 3. If expertise or experience is not enough for the position, job title will be given as an Associate P&R Specialist and be supervised by Access Lead or P&R Manager. 4. Fluency in English and Korean (both verbal and writing skills)
