POSITION SUMMARY:
The main object consist in the commissioning and technical follow up of
customer
installations and services
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Commissions existing customer installations: Evaluates customer needs
with sales team,
implements specifications, estimates installation costs, and plans scheduling and
commissioning. Is responsible for the technical implementation of installation.
2. Manages and implements maintenance: Plans and schedules Preventive
Maintenance inspections and take actions for breakdown maintenance
3 .Generates operation reports: Published reports of operating and management results with
monthly base for routine works and performances
4. Process improvement and Skill up: Takes internal or external technical training to be skilled
up and provides advanced work method to reduce operating costs and installation budget.
Seek information and resources to enhance work efficiency, creativity and initiative.
Establish a development plan to increase performances and professional growth
5. Manages activities: Determines the actions to be taken and analyzes the results. Review the
operating expenses and responsible for the customer installation budget.
6. Quality / Safety : Actively promotes ALK safety objectives. Knows and respects procedures
related to the each Industries Project group as
technical and safety specification.
Ensures that proper corrective and preventive measures are in place for addressing
customer issues or complaints. Implements safety
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Technical: Extensive and professional technical knowledge for gas
manufacturing facilities
and process
2. Gas or electricity-related credential holders preferential treatment Electrical or mechanical,
chemical-related majors
3. Career:Have at least 3 years of high pressure gas working experience
4. Software:MS Office, AutoCAD and MS Project ability to grasp new software
quickly and assist other team members
5. Financial:A basic understanding of financial data and business environment
6. Overall:Strong responsibility and cost of ownership, Interpersonal skills, Multi
player with innovative and customer oriented mind
