Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:  

Manage the fixtures for both own retail and mono brand stores to ensure all global and fit-out guidelines are followed, and maintain a high-quality store environment      

 Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast local fixture needs 4 months prior to actual store opening, closing and renovation, review and analysis local and global stock volume with a Global CtC team of own retail and mono brand stores to ensure all fixture is imported within the timeline
• Accurately record and manage fixture stock of global and local and conduct monthly local stock investigation to secure all asset is secured in quality condition
• Create fixture order list for each store opening, closing and renovation project and conduct fixture order placement including lighting fixtures/ floorings/ store prepare through RSP (retail sourcing platform) for fixture production in timely and efficient manner
• Develop local fixture with the understanding the global guideline and specification and follow up the defects found in fixture if necessary
• Drive all communication related to fixture forecast, fixture order and fixture stock management with relevant teams and Global CtC team to ensure excellence of fixture management
• Manage fixture related budget including PO issues and payment as well as deliver any report associated

  Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent IT skills in outlook, work, excel, PowerPoint
• AutoCAD / Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator
• Experience or knowledge in interior design & Fixture manufacture
