[업무 내용]
1. Support DSS in regard to the general HR Management of the
office:
• Ensure all organizational HR policies are appropriately applied
• Provide consultancy and advisory role to employees on HR policies and work
related issues when they are raised
• Follow up any changes in labor law that could impact HR policies and report
2. Recruitment and hiring: taking overall responsibility for the recruitment
activities and hiring process:
• Ensure that the HR needs identified are budgeted for
• Support the elaboration or update of Job Descriptions
• Propose the methods of recruitment to aim to attract the widest pool of
suitable and qualified candidates
• Plan the selection process (screening resume, interview, tests, reference and
document check, feedback for the managers and the interviewees in a fair and
transparent way.)
• Provide an administrative follow-up of the hiring process
• Plan and conduct new employee’s orientation to foster positive attitude
towards the organizational objectives
3. Staff performance and development management:
• Coordinate annual performance and development review process
• Identify and analyze the training and development needs
• Provide written plans and budgets for development, relevant training or/and
learning opportunities for all staff
• Implement the training agenda and plan
• Monitor the effectiveness of the training for the organization as well as for
the employee
4. Budget & HQHR Data Collection
• Administer HQHR budget.
• Make a budget proposal and review for DSS in accordance with the HQHR Action
Plan.
• Keep track of employee’s data, digital and paper version in accordance with
the labor law.
• Provide statistical information on HQHR for strategic annual planning,
budgeting and reports.
5. Payroll, Taxation and employee benefits
• Ensure that Korea compensation and benefit program is properly implemented.
• Execute and ensure perfect payroll administration for office staff and aid
workers
• Administer employee benefit programs such as medical check-up, indemnity
medical insurance and others as requested by DSS
• Provide staff members with information of updated social insurance or
taxation
• Follow up on leaves
• Proceed Year End Tax Settlement for all staff
• Proceed termination taxation & severance pay with the support of payroll
company
6. Others
• Support Field Human Resources activities as requested by line manager
• Provide necessary information for Auditor, produce reports for government
survey or organization registration purpose, etc
• Any other task requested by line manager
[근무 조건]
- 고용형태: 자체 계약직 1년 (이후 평가에 따른 연장 및 전환)
- 급여: 면접시 협의 (최종 급여 기재 必)
- 근무시간: 09:00~18:00 / 주 5일 근무
- 근무지역: 2호선 역삼역
- 복리후생: 4대 보험, 연차등 자체 내규
[자격 요건]
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of overall Human Resources practices.
• Solid knowledge of Korean labor law and HR related regulations
• Proactive approach to solve HR related issues.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong commitment to humanitarian aid work.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and administrative skills.
• Good command of English of business level, in speaking and writing.
• PC skills: Excel and Word are essential.
