[Job Description]

​
 To provide administrative support to local business development team, by ensuring that day-to-day client requests, problems, issues and complaints are handled efficiently and professionally. To assist with the preparation of miscellaneous reports by performing data gathering and data entry as needed. To provide excellent communication with the global Intertek team to aid in data gathering and business metrics reporting.


[Essential Duties & Responsibilities]

Responsible for accurate and timely data entry into Intertek systems to enable client contact details and activity reports to be created.
Timely and professional report preparation leveraging both operational and systems data.
Email and phone communication with assigned established clients to ensure their queries are being routed through operations accordingly.
Email communication with global operations to ensure appropriate account metrics are being captured and relayed as needed.
Assist with the preparation and formatting of power point material.
Assist with preparation for BD onsite client visits.

* 미국에서 Vendor사 등 관련 업체들 대상으로 Testing Service 세일즈를 수주하는 업무 입니다.
