Applications Engineer/엔지니어

Position Summary

• Communicate with both headquarter and customer to lead all technical projects and new projects.
• Owns early customer engagement (technical pre-sales, technical consulting, CPPS alignment, TRM’s, roadmap alignment), and customer test protocol integration
• Owns FAI’s of non established technology (aim is to transfer this to senior CSE’s once they have grown into this position)
• Coach for CSE’s on FAI execution and data analysis
• Owns all associated Minerva reporting (Account Status and Competitive cases; service and support cases when dealing hands-on with probecards)
• FA submits to Livermore and communication between customer and Livermore.
• PCIF submit to Livermore and communication between customer and Livermore.
• Manage FA and PCIF lead time.
• Create idea to improve FA and PCIF work.
• Train customer for better FA and PCIF documentation.
• Work together with FAE/FSE for FAI.
• Technical Leadership to create new solutions for customer problems
• Implement solutions, process and structures to prevent customer issues
• Enable the customer to solve problems on his own (self sufficiency)
• Lead technical conference and customer meeting by him/herself.

Requirements

·           4 years university graduate (Electrical Engineering major) + Min. 4 to 10 years Semiconductor Test Cell experience with some Probe card engineering experience.

·           Strong knowledge of Test strategy, Test Programming and Probing related issues in Production Line.

·           Probe card design experience a plus.

·           Experienced in Data analysis to monitor Device Quality based on Mass production using Excel and JMP.

·           Strong Background for Failure modeling, Yield enhancement and Test Time Reduction in SOC product.

·           Experienced in Reporting technical issues and Making progress to resolve them.

·           Wafer test engineering experience preferable

·           Good work attitude which means ownership of his responsibility.

·           Good attitude for working together with not only customer but internal employees.

·           Understand Teradyne(U-flex), Verigy 93K test program preferable.

·           Understand SOC device(Mixed/RF) configuration and test concept especially for wafer test.

·           Experience for SOC device(Mixed/RF) wafer test engineering preferable

·           Add technical competence requirements ( basic knowledge of electronics)

·           English written and verbal proficiency preferable
