- The purpose includes providing solutions, taking a technology-based approach, to improve the
performance of the product, such as MTBS, powder and pressure issues, anti-corrosion, catalyst,
adsorption, and bad smell, and to troubleshoot product management.
Another purpose is to achieve goals through well-rounded communication with junior level
employees, managers and service engineers. |

- Core technology (anti corrosion, powder control, catalyst and adsorption) and manage
the counting of the number
- Provide appropriate technology and solution when technical approach is needed in terms of
Sales/service/design/manufacture/quality/management.
- In case a problem occurs regarding product management, find out the root cause,
replay the issues, do experiments and analyse, report on the presumed cause,
and provide solution. |

- Propose technical skill to expand the share of the market and increase sales in the custmor
- Come up with effective plan and share it with related departments (Purchasing department,
Manufacturing department) if there is problem with delivery date
- Analyze contribution rate per product and examine selling price to PJT during negotiation
- Analyze market trends and market changes and share the information with related department
(for other Sales department ) to plan strategy and solution
- Understand competitor’s trend and discuss information with related department (for other Sales
department ) to decide new items
- Understand customer’s needs and consult with related departments (Research department,
Service department, QC) to suggest solution to the customer
- Suggest new technique to customer and negotiate selling price to increase profit margin
- Hold discussion to establish a good working relationship with manager and staff
- Analyze contribution rate per product and examine selling price to PJT during negotiation
- Provide customer with solutions for operational issues
- Report competitor’s issue and customer list on weekly basis to improve customer service |
