Assist in managing hiring process using Workday
recruiting system Source candidates through multiple channels including
online sourcing and professional networks. Screen resumes and conduct phone interview to confirm
basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit etc.; communicate job
opportunity to candidates in a clear and compelling way Participate in local career and recruiting events
Learning and Development/Talent
Development
Plan and deliver career development and training
programs to foster employee’s career progress Assist in designing, developing and deploying leadership development programs aimed at mid to senior level
leaders in Korea. Provide input to the Training Strategy and the
development of specific training development plans
Support
internal communication strategy with consistent and effective employee
communication

[Requirements]
Bachelor’s Degree At least 3 to 5 years of Human Resources experience Relevant working experience with multinational
companies in a matrix environment preferred. Fluent in written and verbal communication in
English
