[Summary] 
Plans, coordinates, and directs quality assurance programs designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

[Responsibilities]
1) Ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and related Quality procedures are well followed in related department. (GMP 및 품질 규정 준수)
2) Prepare or revised SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)/Specifications as per requirement. (업무 관련 SOP 관리: 발행 및 수정)
3) Responsible for checking and maintaining related Quality documents. (업무 관련 품질 문서 관리)
4) Ensure the all tests to be carried out correctly by J&J & Korea regulation. (한국 존슨앤드존슨 및 국내 법 준수에 따른 실험 및 업무)
5) Ensure the Good Laboratory Practices to be maintained. (GLP에 따른 실험실 관리)
6) Sampling & testing for bulk & Finished goods (완제품 및 벌크에 대한 샘플링 및 미생물 실험)
7) New product support (신제품관련 미생물 지원)
8) Media preparation, stock control, equipment management (미생물 배지 준비, 균주관리, 장비 관리)
9) Maintains & control log books. (로그북 작성 및 관리)
10) Review standard test methods and standards operation procedures for accuracy and offers suggestion for improved methods if applicable (새로운 기준 및 방법에 대한 리뷰 및 이행)
11) Ensure that appropriate safety procedures are maintained in the lab. (실험실 안전 준수)
12) Operating/Calibration/qualification of laboratory equipment in micro lab. (미생물 실험실 장비 가동 및 검교정 실시)
13) Maintain Cleaning for micro Lab (미생물 실험실 관리)

[Requirements]
1) Bachelor’s degrees or above with majored in “Microbiology”
2) MS Office skill s (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
3) Good inter-personal relationship
4) Proactive & positive & innovative mind
5) Strong negotiation & communication skills
6) Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
7) Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
