Account Manager
for Automotive
and
Tire Industry |
Position
Summary |
1. Dedicate focused effort and resources to provide selling support to
key Rockwell Automation accounts. Develop an annual strategic sales
plan to target support for the accounts which includes the objectives,
strategies and action plans for an identified functional unit within
Rockwell Automation. Integrate these plans into branch/regional
office strategic plans.
2. Establish relationships with high levels of customer management.
As well as other levels. Make sales calls on regular customers on
a periodic basis, informing them of Rockwell Automation products
and product application. |

Qulifications |
1. Academic degree in Automation Control, Electrical Engineering or
equivalent.
2. Min. 5 years’ work experience in sales/mkt within industrial
automation (or related industry) is preferred.
3. Experience of account management would be an advantage.
4. Having the business experience in/with tire or
automotive companies is preferred.
5. Experience of Hyundai or Kia business or relationship
(Direct or indirect) is preferred. |
Technical
Consultant
(GOTC) |
Position
Summary |
The GOTC function is responsible for technology adoption and
technical support in the OEM sales program. It provides a foundation
for Rockwell Automation’s reputation of excellence and knowledge of
automation technology.
Typical activities include customer need and requirement identification,
control system architecture design, technical presentation, advanced
programming template development, application specific training,
application, development, startup engineering support and knowledge
transfer to OEM. Advanced knowledge of Rockwell Automation core
products and systems:
Motion and Drive Control, Logix, Ethernet/IP, Operator Interface,
Presence Sensing, Safety and Software as they relate to application
are essential. |

Qulifications |
1. Bachelor of Science or higher degree in a technical field
(ie: BS Electrical Engineering, BS Engineering Technology,
BS Computer Science) or equivalent knowledge in personal
computer hardware/software, or industrial and process controls.
2. Domain knowledge of Rockwell Automation focused industry
segment
(ex. Packaging, Converting Printing Web Handling,
Manufacturing and Assembly, Process)
3. Strong applied systems knowledge in main focused area of
expertise and related areas.
4. General knowledge of control systems
and information/communication technology |

Summary |
Accountable for pre-sales technical/commercial activities and implementation of business strategies required to meet the annual planned quotas.
Major responsibilities new account/market development, planning
and implementation of products and promotions, training sales and
channel engineers, providing technical assistance, market intelligence,

appropriate. |

preferably in assigned product range, including control, visualization

drive customer loyalty. The CUSTOMER CARE ADMIN owns and manages
customer experience on every interaction in a fast paced,
structured customer care environment, and acts as

“single-point-of-contact” between Rockwell Automation and
its customers, distributors, and internal functions. |
