Job description
1. Manage the full cycle recruitment and talent pipeline process - Partner with hiring managers and POP to fulfill their recruitment needs including the definition and implementation of the recruitment plan in a timely and consultative approach • Manage third parties involved in the process in order to get the best results • Screen, assess and select internal and external candidates to present comprehensive shortlists of qualified candidates aligned with the business strategy and needs to hiring managers • Follow up and manage the recruitment assignments until the final decision is made adopting a consultative &project management approach and giving insights to the managers • Partner with managers and POPs in developing pipelines of qualified internal and external candidates for their current and future needs • Maintain regular contact with potential candidates managing candidate pipelines in our recruitment management system and other relevant databases
2. Define and implement talent sourcing & selection strategies • Partnering with business and POP, define, advise and implement the best internal and external candidate sourcing strategies (data and performance driven) and plans via internal and external recruitment channels including candidate direct searches • Define the most relevant candidate selection process and behavior-based interview guides related to each position in order to assess the best profiles • Coach interview stakeholders for interviews • Provide expertise and insights on talent market (market intelligence), talent sourcing & talent selection
3. Promote and enhance the 3DS Employer branding • Promote and enhance our employer brand in their respective market building relationships with schools & universities, developing our presence on social networks, participating in student career and job fairs, communicating with prospective candidates • Contribute to build employer brand strategies and action plans for their respective markets and target audiences
4. Improve process, KPI and policies and leverage tools • Report in a relevant and insightful manner on ongoing assignments and market trends • Ensure data accuracy in the 3DS recruitment management system • Optimize recruitment budget • Follow up recruitment KPIs ensuring their quality and accuracy • Collaborate with global TA community, POPs and hiring managers to improve our processes & policies, identifying and deploying best practices • Analyze their metrics and KPI vs target to improve their practice |
