Context:
Short/medium term:
In the context in the coming moving / consolidation of the current warehouses, the organization needs a project specialist to coordinate and support the Supply Chain Management (SCM) optimization project.
Long term:
Potential responsible to Ensure Smooth & Efficient delivery performance, for both upstream (inbound) and downstream (delivery to stores and B2C) flows.

Main activities

DDI’s SCM project specialist is in charge of coordinating and assisting the design and execution of the Company’s SCM project A to Z, under the responsibility of SCM Project Manager and with the support of operational, warehouse and IS teams. The design of the project will be aligned and coordinated with internal stakeholders as Finance, Merchandising, Sales, Warehouse, IS team in Korea for operational procedure enhancement and external 3rd party logistics vendors for project solution and implementation as following the SCM project direction. His/her main missions are:
1- SCM project specialist
    1-1. internally with local stakeholders,
    - Describes existing/current SC processes logical/system (AS IS): inbound, storage, sorting, allocation, replenishment,     delivery to POS and B2C, reverse logistics
    - Consolidates these processes, in a context of consolidated warehouse and omnichannel operations and formalize   

    target process deck (TO BE), validated with operational teams
    - Delivers a Gap analysis between current and target setup from a process, system and warehouse operation setup for      SCM Project Manager’s decision and direction.
1-2. externally with potential 3rd party logistics vendors
    - Assists to prepare RFQ document and coordinate bidding process for vendors
    - Coordinates contractual, implementation, execution process.
2- Post-completion
    - Up to the result and clarification of project performance, the specialist may have an opportunity in charge of 

    coordinating daily upstream and downstream operation Smooth & Efficient delivery performance, for either upstream

    (inbound) or downstream (delivery to stores and B2C) flows.

3. 근로 조건
-파견계약직 12개월

-근로시간 : 9시 ~18시,  주 5일 (월~금)

-급여 : 협의 (희망연봉 기재 필)

-복리후생 : 연차 15개, 퇴직금, 상여금 등

-근무지 : 서울시 강남구 삼성동 (2호선 삼성역 인근)
