Receptionist cum Facilities coordinator

Reception Service – Greet, register and badge guest and contact host upon arrival – Answer main switch board and forward call accordingly – Mail service – Conference room management – Helpdesk ticket management – Parking ticket management
Site Operations Management – Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times – Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards – Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all time – Coordinate with janitors to ensure that pantry, stationary and janitorial items are always in stock – Assist to provide admin support as request by AFM and/or FM
Other Personal Characteristics – Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations – Able to work as team with teamwork – Self-motivated; confident & energetic – Flexible – able to adapt to rapidly changing situations – Strong communicator – good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills (English & local language); also an active listener – Strong MS Office ability

• Experience in Front Desk and Back Office processes is required with strong Administration Skills. • Strong Customer Service mind focus. • Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands. • Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems. • Fluent in English and long tern working with us. • 1~2 year reception experience
