직무내용

HR Business Partner
ㆍProactively lead and support a wide range of HR functions, including Employee Relations,
    HR operations, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation & Benefits.
ㆍCollaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders, leveraging data insights and
    strategic thinking to drive impactful HR solutions.
ㆍTake ownership of ad-hoc tasks and navigate ambiguity with a proactive mindset to deliver
    successful and collaborative outcomes.
ㆍServe as a trusted advisor to employees on all matters related to employee relations, conflict
    resolution, and performance management.
ㆍProactively identify and address employee concerns, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace
    culture.
ㆍConduct investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions when necessary,
    in compliance with company policies and legal regulations
ㆍStay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and
    practices remain compliant.
ㆍPartner with external legal counsel to address any legal issues or compliance concerns.
ㆍCollaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to review and update HR policies and
    procedures as needed to reflect changes in legislation or company practices
ㆍAct as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals
    and driving business performance.
ㆍProvide data-driven insights and HR solutions to support workforce planning, organizational
   development, and change management.
ㆍPartner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand recruitment needs
    and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract talent in the market.
ㆍBuild talent pipelines and maintain relationships with external candidates and
    industry networks
ㆍSupport the Compensation and Benefits team with salary benchmarking, the annual salary
    review process, and incentive plans.
ㆍProvide guidance to employees on total rewards packages, including the benefits program,
    leaves of absence, and other perks.

Global Sales Digital Solutions Consultant
ㆍConsulting customers and KN Account Teams on digital solutions: This includes consulting
    during various stages of the sales cycle, such as prior and during RFI & RFQ, as well as QBR
    and other customer touch points.
ㆍTraining and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct trainings from the Digital solutions Training Program
    to Sales Colleagues from all Sales Channels (+ potentially other customer facing staff) and
   ensure that the Digital Solutions Intranet is an effective resource for them too.
ㆍProject Management and support: Run Consulting Projects in line with Digital Solutions
    methodologies, and provide Digital Solutions support to projects of the Supply Chain Design
   Team
ㆍHandover to Implementation: Execute handover from Consult to Implement in line with
    processes agreed between Sales and Business Units Sea Air and Road.
ㆍUpselling: Identify customers for upselling technology to improve customer loyalty and drive
    internal efficiencies. Position solutions as unique value propositions to help close the deal and
   support a more profitable sale.
ㆍFeedback and Solution Development: This involves continuously obtaining customer feedback
    on digital solutions, collaborating with DSM, IT and the Business Units Sea Air and Road on
   solution development, and creating awareness of latest technological advancements
   applied by competitors and supply chain intelligence providers.
ㆍProcess Efficiency and Improvement: Identifying and implementing efficiencies within Digital
    Solutions, and ensuring ease of doing business for internal stakeholders
ㆍPolicy Implementation and Strategy Execution: The role is also responsible for executing Global
    Digital Solutions policies and strategies for the area in which they operate

Contract Logistics Site Supervisor
ㆍTo manage, plan, organize, staff, + direct warehouse activities at the site.
ㆍTo achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management,
  productivity, customer service + profit.
ㆍTo ensure your teams deliver against their customer, site + people KPI.
ㆍTo drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence by
   collaborating at a site level.
ㆍTo drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous
    improvement at all times, ensuring your site meets or exceeds it’s productivity targets.
ㆍTo contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business.
ㆍTo oversee the safe operation of warehousing activities across the site, ensuring the correct
    skills + training are in place + are compliant with health/safety/environment legislation
   + standards.

Contract Logistics Distribution Transport Planning Specialist
ㆍTo work closely with both warehouse + distribution teams, ensuring efficient transport plans
    are produced in line with timelines + customer requirements.
ㆍTo assist in achieving key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management,
    productivity, customer service + profit.
ㆍYou will have access to state of the art systems + tools, to continually challenge the status
    quo to deliver improvements.
ㆍTo support all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence;
    collaborating with others as required.
ㆍTo actively support new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, meeting or
    exceeding productivity targets.
ㆍTo contribute information when required for reporting + performance management.

Contract Logistics Information Systems Specialist
ㆍTo provide professional responses to warehouse tenders for core + surrounding systems.
ㆍTo understand + analyze our system solutions in order to meet customers’ operational
    requirements.
ㆍTo study + prepare information systems solution design documents to ensure they can be
    implemented.
ㆍTo configure our WMS +/ TMS + surrounding applications to align customer requirements with
    our operations.
ㆍTo deliver logical mapping for interface + report development.
ㆍTo train superusers on configuration techniques + new/existing functionalities.
ㆍTo manage change requests including discussion with customers, new requirements review,
    reconfiguration, testing, training + go-live support.
ㆍTo provide consultation + support on new implementations/existing projects.

Contract Logistics Senior Customer Solutions Engineer
ㆍTo lead customer tender projects, driving + offering compelling logistics concepts.
ㆍTo offer new concepts + technology to solutions while building on existing best practices.
ㆍTo present proposed solutions to customers.
ㆍTo engage with internal + external stakeholders to manage the solution process.
ㆍTo ensure high standards of compliance during solutions offering process.

Contract Logistics Contract Logistics Quality Manager (평택, 신입)
ㆍTo develop, implement, maintain + control the integrated healthcare quality management
    system (QMS) fulfilling the GxP requirements
ㆍTo advise on, monitor, document + escalate quality activities relating to all
    Pharmaceutical/Healthcare products distributed
ㆍTo coach operating sites on temperature + humidity requirements relating to storage
ㆍTo demonstrate continuous improvement + minimize risk through routine self-assessments,
    corrective/preventative actions (CAPA) + executing a quality plan
ㆍTo train others on quality, regulatory + healthcare topics, ensuring all records are documented
    properly
ㆍTo conducts audits requested by customers, third parties or authorities + communicate with
    regulatory agencies
ㆍTo adhere to all safe working procedures in accordance with instructions
