Spec Clinical-HD/Acute
 ㆍTraining for HD/ICU Center and HCP to
   successfully onboard our products
   - 기존 또는 새로운 고객사, 센터, 중환자실등에
      HD/CRRT Monitors, 관련 제품 사용법,
   - 문제해결방법, 제품기능 등 교육진행
ㆍHospital visit for HDR/ICU and HCPs
   - 고객사와의 원만한 관계를 위한 지속적인
       의사소통 및 관리
   - 제품에 대한 새로운 소식, 업데이트, 기능에 대한
      정보 제공
   - 제품관련 품질 이슈, 부작용 모니터링 및 보고
ㆍBusiness support for landing new accounts
   - 제품 선정을 위한 입찰 참여
   - 제품 소개를 위한 고객사 방문
ㆍProvide continuous training program and
   Promotional activities
   - 실사용자, 수간호사, CRRT Specialist, 신장
      내과 전문의 등에게 제품 관련 교육진행
   - MKT 팀과 연계해서 HD/CRRT 프로모션
      행사 진행
   - 내부 직원 교육 진행
   - 관련 학회 참석 등		 자격요건
ㆍ학력 : 대학교졸업(4년)이상
ㆍ경력 : 인공신장실 또는 중환자실
   경력 5년이상
ㆍ자격증 : 간호사
ㆍ운전가능자 (필)		 0명
Credit and
Collection
Analyst
 ㆍEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
   - Monitor and evaluate customers’ credit
     status on an ongoing basis
   - Assess potential credit risks and
      recommend appropriate credit limits in
      line with global credit policy
   - Review and validate collaterals provided
      by customers for credit limit setup
   - Perform daily credit order hold reviews
   - Drive collection efforts to optimize DSO
      and improve cash flow
   - Conduct monthly reconciliation of AR and
      cash balances
   - Perform annual AR balance confirmation
      with customers
   - Identify and process customer credit
      balances for refund or offset
   - Communicate with customers regarding
      past-due accounts, dispute resolution,
      and discrepancies
   - Manage AR collection activities and legal
      procedures for delinquent accounts
   - Partner with APAC Shared Service team
      to resolve complex account situations
   - Collaborate with APAC Shared Service
      and local teams on credit, collection, and
      cash application matters
   - Monitor APAC Shared Service team’s
      daily operations and address
      inefficiencies
   - Implement process improvements to
      enhance effectiveness and efficiency
   - Support external local audit, local tax
      audit, and internal audit requirements
   - Prepare financial reports and coordinate
      with stakeholders to address AR
      collection or dispute issues
   - Escalate AR disputes to Commercial and
      Customer Service teams to resolve the
      dispute situation ASAP		 자격요건

   experience, preferably in a
   similar industry
ㆍExperience in legal procedures
   for bad debt collection is a
