AIG Personal General Insurance teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including A&H, Travel, Personal Property, Warranty/Service Programs in Korea. How you will create an impact

- The candidate will be expected to develop mainly short-term insurance product and to work closely with internal stakeholders like distribution channel, finance, operations, claim, customer protection, legal, and compliance team
- Product development including rate, policy wording, filing, reinsurance pricing for general insurance product including but not limited to Accident & Health, Group Personal Accident, Travel, Personal Property, etc.
- Analyze product portfolio and monitor loss ratio & profitability of general insurance product/coverage
- Perform actuarial tasks which are of mathematical and quantifiable nature in support of both product development and portfolio management
- Assist the Team Lead and Head of Personal General Insurance on a range of various general tasks associated with product development and management.

What you’ll need to succeed

- More than 2 years of experience in product development preferably at non-life insurance company
- Experience in short term product development preferred
- Experience in product life cycle management and analyzing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Korean and English
- Decent Microsoft Word/Excel/Point, Hanguel(HWP) skills are required
- Experience using statistical analysis programs, and strong statistical software skills are required
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill, willing to learn and thoroughness
- Ability to work well in teams, to cooperate/coordinate all related parties to achieve targets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities

직무 설명:

- 일반보험을 상품개발을 담당하고, 상품개발을 위해 채널, 재무, 운영, 보상, 고객 보호, 법무 및 Compliance 팀과 같은 내부 이해 관계자와 소통합니다.
- 개인일반보험, 단체보험, 여행보험, 주택화재보험 등과 같은 일반 보험 상품에 대한 보험약관, 요율, 기초서류관리 등을 담당합니다.
- 상품 포트폴리오를 분석하고, 일반보험 상품/담보에 대한 손해율 및 수익성을 모니터링합니다.
- 상품 개발과 포트폴리오 관리를 모두 지원하기 위해 수학적이고 정량화할 수 있는 특성의 보험 계리 작업을 수행합니다.
- 기타 상품개발 및 관리와 관련한 일반적인 업무를 수행하기 위해 팀장과 부서장을 보좌합니다.

자격 요건:

- 손해 보험 회사에서 제품 개발 경력 2년 이상
- 일반보험 상품개발 경험
- 상품 라이프 사이클 관리 및 분석 경험
- 원활한 국문/영문 커뮤니케이션 능력
- Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point, 한글(HWP) 프로그램 상급이상의 활용 능력
- 통계 프로그램 사용 경험 및 활용 능력
- 배우려는 의지 및 책임감이 강하신 분
- 팀으로서 일하고 목표를 달성하기 위해 모든 이해관계자와 잘 협업하고 조율 할 수 있는 능력
- 멀티태스킹 및 우선 순위를 관리할 수 있는 능력
