a deep understanding of customer needs.
ㆍWork closely together with the global RD&E team.
ㆍLead and support automation needs for different innovation ideation teams developing
a customer-specific digital and automation total solution water treatment applications. |
지원자격 및
우대사항 |
ㆍPh.D. or M.S. plus 3+ years related industrial experience, or B.S. plus 5+ years related
industrial experience including Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science, Electronics,
and Software Engineering
ㆍExperience enabling digital and automation program development including industrial IoT,
controller, and sensor products with emphasis on sensor development.
ㆍFamiliar with industrial communication standard and sensor applications. Experiences with PLC,
DCS and IPS are preferred.
ㆍProven track record of new product launches, creative thinking,
and consistent delivery of strategic goals.
ㆍAbility to work independently, prioritize responsibly, and motivate peers and team members.
ㆍExcellent interpersonal and communication skills collaborating with co-workers and
customers in both Korean and English
ㆍSkilled in project and program level management
ㆍAutomation and water treatment experience preferred. |

Key Accountabilities :
ㆍAccountable for the achievement of sales, expense and customer visit frequency targets for
assigned territory, as defined by regional plan.
ㆍResponsible for training and/or supervising field service representative.
ㆍEffectively communicate with all levels of management, including customer headquarters,
distributor channels, and internal Ecolab.
ㆍDemonstrated though knowledge of all accounts SOPs and strong relationship with personnel
and key management in the accounts.
ㆍProven ability to take on additional responsibilities /projects, delegated by chain of command,
in addition to manage territory adequately.
ㆍDevelop and enhance existing relationships with customers while working independently
& maintain own schedule.
ㆍAdvise customers on quality assurance & conduct customer store visits to help maintain clean
and sanitary establishment.
ㆍBuild and maintain alliance with key distributors, ensuring inventory is consistent with forecasted
customer needs.
ㆍProvide food safety & sanitation advice, as well as education & training at store level.
ㆍUtilize problem solving & trouble shooting skills to install & maintain dispensing systems.
ㆍMaintain accurate customer service/activity records and provide monthly reporting.
