Legacy MKS는 가장 오래된 VSD(Vacuum Solutions Division) 사업부와 2016년부터 인수한 PSD(Photonics Solutions Division)
사업부를 보유하고 있으며, MKS Korea는 용인/대전에 사업장이 위치하고 있습니다.
ㆍVSD(Vacuum Solutions Division) 사업부: VSD의 제품 포트폴리오는 압력 및 유량 측정-제어, 가스 및 증기 전달, 가스 구성,
잔류 가스 분석, 누출 감지, 전력, 오존 생성, 반응성 가스 생성 및 진공 기술 분야에 집중되어 있습니다. 반도체용 플라즈마
생산에 필요한 전력을 생성하는 RF Generator와 발생한 전력을 손실 없이 반도체 장비로 전달하는 RF Matcher를 개발하는
연구소가 대전에 있습니다
ㆍPSD(Photonics Solutions Division) 사업부: PSD 사업부는 Newport, Ophir, Spectra-Physics 그리고 ESI 브랜드로 구성되어
있습니다. Newport의 포토닉스, 모션 포지셔닝 및 광학, Spectra-Physics의 레이저 기술, Ophir의 열화상 광학 분야의 솔루션
그리고 ESI의 산업용 레이저 기반 설비와 미세 제조 테스트 시스템을 제공합니다.

designs test fixtures and equipment, and
completes specifications and procedures

ㆍObtains system-level expertise for MKS
RF/DC power delivery systems and
products.
ㆍTrouble shooting, modification, testing
and evaluation using RF generators and
matches based on the customer’s
understanding
ㆍUnderstands the characteristics and
improvements of the developed
product, develops test methods by using
engineering backgrounds including
development software/firmware
functions, and realize them
experimentally.
ㆍWrites a technical report and
documents on the evaluation and
communicate with customers or internal

program in electronics or relevant
majors with an expected graduation
