[Job Purpose]

ㆍPlays a key role in Global New Drug Development programs. 

ㆍServes as confidante and right hand for the CEO and Head of

   Global New Drug R&D Division.  

ㆍCoordinates development programs (preclinical, clinical studies)

   in an integrated manner.

ㆍEspecially serves as communication catalyst representing the HQ

   in the interaction with internal, external stakeholders and KOLs in English.

ㆍSupports the company's functions according to circumstances and needs

[Job Duties]

ㆍHas a flexible and is willing to perform varying duties depending

   on the shifting needs of the company staff members

ㆍParticipates in program management, which involves duties on a

   weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

ㆍWithin program management, organises and gathers information

   from various departments and meetings and reports that

   information, along with recommendations, to executive members

ㆍWithin strategic initiatives, demonstrates flexibility because some

   initiatives may not fit neatly into one of the company's departments.

[Skills and Qualifications]

ㆍAdvanced Degree in life science related field

ㆍ7+ year experience in pharmaceutical industry, research

   organization or academia, including 3+ year experience in

   MNC or international setting.

ㆍExcellent written and verbal communication abilities both in

   English and Korean.

ㆍExperience in Project management, PMP is a plus.

ㆍExperience in Drug development is a plus.

ㆍStrong Leadership and Management skills.

ㆍSolid interpersonal capacity

ㆍInsight on current market trends

ㆍA drive to succeed

ㆍFirm understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite
