Protein Engineering

- Expertise in Gene cloning, mutagenesis and
purification of recombinant protein from E. coli,
mammalian cells using FPLC.
- Experience in protein characterization and
protein/RNA/DNA interaction using DLS, CD,
Native-PAGE, EMSA, ITC, BLI.
- Experience in protein structure determination and
/or gene editing are plus. |
