Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Patient care
1) Trains new PD patients about PD care
2) Visits patient’s home for seeing & counseling their home PD care
3) Calls patients to follow up their status regularly
4) Provides clinical advice to patients to increase their quality of life
5) Gives the high-risk score of patients and evaluate patient’s status
6) Implements dropout management with clinical supervisor
7) Records Renal data base about patient’s information
8) Receive calls from patients

2. For Hospital customer
1) Visits the hospital customers for communication about Baxter patients(nephrologists, PD nurse, AK nurse, etc.,)
2) Gives the patient’s status to the hospital customers(by email, phone, visit)
3) Delivers clinical issues to them
4) Request and delivers inquiries related to product/therapy use in clinical settings; published clinical studies relating to use of our product lines/therapy and other clinically related questions
5) Provides training on PD to hospital staff

3. Within Renal team
1) Contributes to meeting Renal patient target
2) Supports sales and marketing efforts

4. For PD products delivery system
1) Demonstrates direct billing system to the new patients and get the approval form of CMS and PIPA agreements
2) Gives new patients information to CS team for registration of new PD patients to JDE system
3) Gives the dropout patients information to CS team for registration of dropout patients to JDE system
4) Arranges the delivery of PD products for additional and emergent delivery order.
5) Communicates between CS team and patients or hospitals about product delivery when there is a problem
6) Corrects the prescription sheet when it is needed from OP team
7) Checks the hospital consignment regularly and gives the required quantity and product kinds to CS

5. Product defect report & AE report
1) Reports the product defect when needed
2) Sends product defect sample to global
3) Makes adverse event report

Education and Experience

-Clinically skilled, licensed health care professional in Nursing, or other allied health profession, with a minimum of a Bachelor Degree.
-Knowledge of Baxter products and competitive products is helpful. 2+ years experience in a Clinical Environment required.
