| Mission Summary |
To maintain Yeosu assets integrity by continuous monitoring and strict implementation of ALK
maintenance procedures and proper corrective actions when required |
Duties&
Accountabilities |
ㆍMaintenance budget and plan management
- Establish maintenance budget for his/her domains that also be ensured company's reliability target
- Ensure maintenance cost control within budget
- Strictly follow and implement the maintenance plan to keep the high reliability of facilities
- Establish TAR plan and its implementation
- Secure critical spare part to meet the reliability target
- Analysis and Provides reports regarding equipment repair costs, preventive maintenance program,
maintenance costs
ㆍPeople management
- Ensures the training and coaching of team members in order to meet local and corporate objectives
- Establishes development programs for team members and supports them in their efforts to meet
quantity and quality objectives.
- Assists in the development of their career.
- Proceeds with performance evaluation and takes necessary actions.
ㆍSafety, IMS and environmental compliance
- Ensures that all maintenance activities are follow the technical and safety requirements of AL and/
or global code and standard including local regulation
- Safety, IMS and environmental plans are followed and respected.
- Strong participate incident investigations and implementation of all resulting activities co-work with
related stakeholders.
- Regularly evaluates safety, IMS and environmental plans with HSE team.
- Encourage operators to achieve the safety target and change the safety mind-set
- Improves health and safety in the workplace. |
