1. Job Responsibilities
- Has direct interaction and conducts
negotiation with clients
- Has responsibilities for providing work
direction and training to stakeholders.
- May be involved in general Credit
policy and process development and
handle escalated underwriting issues
- Accurate, timely and consistent
decision making to minimize
write-offs and achieve expected loss
results preserving First Data and
partner revenues and financial target
achievement
- Gather and interpret financial and
non-financial information relative to
processing activities
- Ensures a balanced risk and revenue
tradeoff consistent with credit policy
and loss target expectations
- Maintains and reviews current
information on existing accounts
- Identifies in-scope business unit,
functional areas or legal entities for
compliance requirements
- Identifies laws, rules, regulations and
policies that govern business activities
or arise form a business unit’s provision
of products and services
- Identifies and validates business unit
compliance controls, leads compliance
risk assessment.
- Work with business areas for
implementation of remediation plans
to mitigate identified compliance risks.
- Leads ISO’s/Introducer’s on boarding
process via OFAC DD working with
the OFAC team
- Leads monthly screening against
OFAC and other international
sanctions lists – ISO/Introducer’s
relationship. Forwards on a monthly
basis the list of ISO/Introducer to
the
OFAC Screening team to enable
OFAC screening to be performed
- Retains all the due diligence reports,
management responses for audit trail

1. Job Requirements
Excellent written and oral communication
skills / Solid negotiation abilities. Strong
public speaking and presentation skills.
Must be able to interpret complex
financial statements and personal and
commercial credit reports
- 5-7 years credit analysis experience or
equivalent
- 5+ years experience in the bank card
industry, or equivalent is preferred
- Candidates must demonstrate an
understanding of basic risk
management practices
- Requires good communication
(written and verbal),
- Strong managerial experience also
required
2. Degrees : Bachelors in Finance,
Accounting or related field
3. Language Skills : Excellent written and
oral communication
