Introduction

We are currently accepting resumes for a Beer Sales Representative to educate customers and drive sales for our authentic Czech Craft Beer. Successful candidates will have passion for beer and need to be competitive, self-motivated, able to work independently, highly energized and customer service driven. This is a fun, relationship-driven business that requires sales ability, dedication and exceptional servicing skills. Also, successful candidates will manage sales in Busan territory at our Praha Craft Brewery in F1963 location.

Job Description

Introduce and sell Praha Craft Brewery brands and packages in along with some administrative works to support sales through required paperwork such as: sales journals, expense reports, client list, and any work orders related to sales given by the management. Monitor quality control standards (product freshness, finished product loss). Communicate with all departments as necessary to achieve goals.

Maintain communications to all departments including detailed sales process, communicate with the production team for weekly inventory levels, permanent point of sale placements, filling shelves, deliver product and follow-up on maintenance issues.

Job Duties

Sales Responsibilities:

• Aggressively achieve sales objectives by cold calling 

• Identifying prospective customer needs, and visiting their venues

• Quote prices and credit terms

• Drive sales of current and new products

Merchandizing:

• Territory Management with efficiency, proficiency and top notch customer service

• Service accounts for any customer questions and concerns

Promotions:

• Educate and train customers on the Praha Craft Brewery Beer Portfolio           

• Promotions and in-store trainings

Administrations:

• Conduct monthly review meetings with key accounts to review current sales 

• Provide sales reports including Sales journals, Expense reports, Client lists

• and Any sales related tasks within outlined deadlines given by the management

Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• College diploma or 2 years of industry related sales experiences preferably within the F&B distribution, hospitality or supplier community

• Ability to speak, read and write in basic level of English

• Previous bar/restaurant management preferred but not mandatory

• Excellent communication skills and attitudes

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Excellent time management skills necessary

• Proficient at calculating commissions, percentages, and reviewing comparative sales data for analysis

• Lift and carry a 25+ Kg case of product on a repetitive basis.

• Goal oriented, focused, and assertive individual who needs little direction or supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluent English speaker

• 2 or more year of beer market experience

• Priority given to whom has reliable transportation and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

• Any experiences on craft beer related equipment and tools 

Compensation:

Base Salary: Monthly salary 2,700,000 KRW

Incentives: To be negotiated
