[Responsibilities]
1) Maintain, and where necessary create and appropriate local operating procedures for quality & compliance related processes and activities 
2) Manage Health Authority inspection, J&J audit and external audit and prepare responses to any external audit and inspection associated with the site
3) Perform internal and supplier audit to ensure the Quality System is effective, and seek continuous improvement of the system.
4) Review and follow-up of the CAPAs from the audit & inspection
5) Execute program(s) for training and evaluating qualification of auditors
6) Ensure the effective implementation of Q&C related changes.
7) Ensure Quality agreement with 3rd parties and internal companies are prepared and maintained.
8) To prepare Quality metrics review on a regular basis.
9) Responsible for the proactive identification and alerting of management to compliance issues that may impact the site



[Requirements]
1) Fluency in written and spoken English
2) Bachelor in (Bio)Pharmaceutical or related sciences 
3) Knowledge and experiences in GMP and Quality & Compliance system (at least 7 years)
4) Communication and interpersonal skills
5) FDA inspection experience (preferred)
