3. 업무내용: 영업지원 사무직 (부품 영업팀)

4.근무시간: 08:30 ~ 17:30 / 주5일 근무

5.급여조건: 면접후 협의

6. 지원자격:
- 영문작업 및 MS office 가능자 우대
- 사무직, 영업지원, 영업관리 경력자 우대

Qualifications and Competencies :

> Closing Job of Parts Team

Accountable for monthly closing & weekly sales report, and financial report
Distribute tax invoices to customers
Manage deposit/credit slip
Send the enclosed document (acceptance certificate, invoice, credit slip) to customers by mail
Report dealer discount for early payment by cash
Support Dealer management : Invoicing, A/R analysis, Information distribution
Prepare discount rate verification file for review from RSMs
Support for AR / Past Due Management
Share A/R status with Sales rep and RSMs for collection by them
Check cash receipt status daily and AR sheet update
Manage promise note (어음) and offset AP with customers (상계처리)
update AR sheet after month end closing (parts sales)
Reconcile AR with CBS finance team in monthly basis
Check and report AR collection from customers

> Movex Operation

Input orders in Movex system after confirmation of Sales Rep and RSMs
Monthly closing with Movex
Manage & Follow up back order and delivery (Webparts - SPDC, MDC etc)
Check order entry, quotation, and stock
Return parts by Movex (OIS390) & Adjust price (KPA) when required by policy
Create / Update new parts and Set up each segment price list yearly in Movex (Parts KR KRW, Filter- KF KRW, Turbo/Oil KM KRW)
Update Movex discount rate based on Dealer grade (Full service, Repair, Maintenance, Parts, Local)
Compile / Submit internal sales report as required.
Extract / Analyze sales data from Movex
Manage orders with Logistics
Support the Team for Movex operation related matters

> Administrator Duty

Update Dealer address
Share information with Dealers (Quickserve, Dealer board in website)
Ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain sales support i.e. brochures, catalogue, promotion items etc
Update weekly Parts team members’ schedule
Update RSM report at Dream Room
Carry out any activities requested by the manager
Support Audit(Internal Audit, Distributor Excel Audit, Customs Audit etc)
Support Parts Training and Dealer conference/seminar

> Other report

Aged CO report (Bi-weekly)
A/R vs. Credit limit (Bi-weekly)
Progress of collection for delivery confirmation from dealers (Bi-weekly)

> Safety

Take reasonable care to protect health, safety and wellbeing of self and others.
Timely reporting of incidents and injuries to immediate manager.
Maintain the orderliness of the workplace to remove hazards.
Report all hazards identified and apply immediate controls as necessary.
Comply with the requirements of Cummins Sales and Service Korea OHS Policies, Procedures and SWP’s.
Use personal protective equipment as prescribed by Cummins Sales and Service Korea.
Participate in communication and consultation processes, training and instruction, and the development and maintenance of a safe working environment.

Able in speaking and writing English                                                                                      

Excellent communication skills & ability to form working relationship with customers, staff & work peers

Skillful to use MS Office Tools
