Disclosure Reporting Specialist(1 year Contract)

·1. Administrate and operate the disclosure reporting system to maintain the records and the information for the reports to the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW)
2. Report to MOHW with relevant evidence in a timely manner and assure to check the report quality based on the pre-defined archetype Report to European Crystal and KRPIA on lecture/consultant
3. Perform specific trainings to users and create and maintain the manual in regard to the reporting system
4. Handle the requests from the internal users regarding the use of the system and the actual benefits given by Bayer Korea to HCPs
5. Collect relevant data from various internal and external sources and match the data to the reporting system accordingly
6. Generate master data and maintain the database
7. Analyze and monitor the data embedded in the reporting system and provide the analytic reports to the management
8. Facilitate timely exchange of critical information discovered through managing the reporting system with relevant functions
9. Optimize and continuously monitor the reporting processes to establish and implement best practice approaches
10. Develop process and SOPs regarding the reports to MOHW with relevant functions
