[Purpose of the job] 

This position is responsible for the management and performance of the designated product(Toujeo, Lantus) by developing strategies that will differentiate the product with competitive advantages based on clear understanding of the corporate objectives and the healthcare environment

[Responsibilities] 

1. Management of the brand performance
Lead the Diabetes marketing team to achieve sales/product contribution target (Lantus, Toujeo, Apdira, Lyxumia)
Ensure development and implementation of the brand strategy and action plans to cope with real world situation 
Collaborate with the sales team closely for better operation and alignment

2. Management of the short term/long term brand and portfolio strategy
Ensure new product launches and life cycle management
Propose business case in order to improve the brand performance and optimization of the resource (OPEX, HC and PL)

3. BU Leadership team responsibility
Assign the BU direction & goal ensuring the all actvities in line with the ethics and compliance
Work collaboratively with the relevant internal stakeholders
Support & participate the BU leadership team decision

4. Develop the people
Regular coach the staffs on competency development 
Conduct and document regular performance reviews and an annual reviews as well as regular personal /career development


[Requirement] 

Experience in marketing department more than 5 years 
Pharmaceutical industry experience more than 7 years
High experience to develop and implement biz plan is preferred


Excellent stratigical planning & execution for business plan
In-depth knowledge / experience level in marketing
Ability to communicate commercial value of products to target audience
Excellent communication, advanced presentation and interpersonal skills
