[KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]

Achieve Business Results 

Product Strategy Planning & Implementation

-Develops strategic/operating plans and POAs for designated product(s)

-Ensures effective implementation of designated promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes

Market Intelligence & Analysis

-Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources (including market research) to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making

Expense Management 

-Demonstrates sound financial management by ensuring that expenses are within budgets to achieve profit targets

Relationship Management with Customer/Stakeholders 

-Builds positive relationships with key customers/stakeholders (opinion leaders) by understanding and managing their needs and expectations. 

-Seeks opportunities to provide values that will enable successful implementation of product strategies and tactics.

Work with Field Force

-Works effectively with field force to develop, implement and monitor strategies to achieve budgets.

Cross-divisional Teamwork 

-Understands the interdependencies of cross-functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders to develop implement and monitor grand strategies to achieve budgets.

Initiatives  

-Leads internal customers and partners to align and to act for product objective achievement

[SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE]

-Bachelor’s degree or above

-Business administration or pharmacy major preferred

-Preferably 2~3 years or over for commercial (sales, etc.) experience in the pharmaceutical industry 

-Strong strategic, analytical thinking, and communication skills (verbal & written)

-Fluency in spoken and written English

-Good interpersonal & communication skills
