Finance General Accounting Sr. Analyst (과장급)

General Accounting (Main)

·        Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly financial closing including various manual JVs preparation/review

·        Prepare or review monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and aging reports, including fluctuation analysis

·        Present periodic financial report preparation/presentation with mgmt.

·        Lead annual SOX control matrix review/data support from internal audit and external audit team

·        Prepare financial statements for annual statutory audit and liaise with external auditors.  Ensure reporting deadlines are met for reporting activities in compliance with KGAAP

·        Oversee IBM BPO (Business Processing Outsourcing) and provide necessary guidance, i.e., AP/AR, Inter-company, etc.

·        Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Cash Flow Management

·        Prepare cash flow statements/funding arrangement including reviewing/managing cash disbursement

·        Liaise with Corp. Treasury and local banks

Tax

·        Prepare quarterly VAT filing

·        Prepare/Support year-end corporate income tax return with external accounting firm auditors

Requirements

·        USGAAP/KGAAP재무회계 관련 업무경력 5 - 7년 이상 ~

·        회계, 상경 계열전공 및  CPA자격증 보유자  preferred

·        In depth knowledge in finance, accounting and taxation

·        Good verbal and written English/Korean communication skill

·        SAP, MS office skills

·        Team player and good interpersonal skills in dealing with people of various levels

·        Mature and independent with good problem solving skills
