(Sr) Inventory Analyst
|
-Following company policy, and develop effective procedures to ensure the efficiency of the inventory management, cost and S&OP.
-Plan inventory & on-cost in budget, analyze the gap between actual and plan and take actions to meet the target.
-Control inventory aging( Slow/Non-moving , obsolete, discard) with stakeholders (Commercial team, Finance, QA and etc.)
-Process PO and procurement through ERP system and communicate with overseas suppliers by due date
-Control logistics process(oversea and inland transportation) and develop strategies to ensure timely delivery and marketing satisfaction.
-Process improvement on inventory, W&D/Procurement, cost and etc through cross-functional project
-To visualize process improvement as new set of SOP(standard operating procedure)
-Responsible for invoice detail entry & reconcile difference
-Process new product launch in line with sales/marketing’s request and ensure team is working to meet CPS (Critical Path Schedule) as project coordinator.
-Share knowledge, and best practices to contribute team development |
-Bachelor's degree required.
-More than 5 years of Planning or Logistics experience in SCM
-Knowledge of planning (inventory and SCM cost) and logistics functions (import process, international trading, warehouse, distribution)
-Must have strong self-leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Ability to set and meet business plan and target.
-Strategic analytical skills & Good communication skills for smooth process of making shipment, complaints, persuasions to sales/marketing & suppliers
-Good decision making skills to select best solution for trouble shooting
-Project management experience and strong organizational skills
-To bear hard working to lead a harsh business environment
-Process improvement skills
-Fluent English skills for both verbal and written
-Good at ERP system and process
