Major Duties and Responsibilities: 
- Complete shipment accounting timely and accurately
- Adherence to procedures and productivity standards
- Coordinate with our contracted vendors in procuring space and services
- Data entry into our proprietary operating system
- Interact with our customers in arranging their international import/export shipments
- Prepare various documents for international transportation
- Receive and update shipment status in a timely manner; issue shipment arrival notices
- Trace and track all in & out bound shipments

- Support System Maintenance

Communication: 
- Update event codes as required 
- Overseas communication 
- Notifying customers both internal and external of problems and/or delays 
- Excellent Customer Service 
- Written & Oral Communication

All of the above but not limited to

자격요건
4년제 대학교 졸업(예정)자 이상
영어능통자 우대

동종 업계 2년 이상 경력자 우대

전산 업무 지원 업무에 따라 전산 및 컴퓨터 사용 능통자 우대
Effective interpersonal skills.
Ability to relate to customers and internal employees at all levels

Operations/Industry knowledge preferred but not required

* 3개월 인턴 종료 후 평가에 따라 정규직 전환
