Job Description

- mport, export and customs clearance
- Be responsible for send PO of import parts
- Preparing material forecasts of import parts and oversea steel based on customer demands and
Supplier Lead Times
- Preparation of PO’s for import parts and oversea steel.
- Management of logistics of import parts and oversea steel.
- Communicate regularly with a coil center and local suppliers and set up steel import & consumption plan
- Supporting material monthly closing
- Supporting FTA and ‘verification of origin of materials’ of imports parts
- Periodic update of material cost changes for import parts and oversea steel regarding foreign
exchange and raw material surcharge
- Be responsible for sending Invoice of export parts
- Be responsible for Set up logistic plan for export parts
- Supporting to update material BOM
- Support local parts purchaser R11; Monthly ending
- Support MRO parts purchasing R11; Negotiation cost and Issue PO
- Support indirect parts purchasing R11; Negotiation cost and Issue PO
- Develop new suppliers and responsible cost negotiation for oversea parts
