• Manage implementation of employee's safety and health initiatives/practices in alignment with local/international occupational safety and health standards
• Manage regular occupational safety and health inspection and implement timely/effectively corrective actions
• Ensure accurate/timely documentation, eventual correction and preventive care of employee's safety and health incidents/accidents
• Oversee alignment of country specific employee safety and health laws and regulations with internal policies
• Ensure regular and continuous workplace education/workshop of employees on relevant office safety and health policies, procedures and practices
• Build relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies on matters related to safety and health
• Collaborate with other internal functions in implementation occupational safety and health policies to ensure compliance with local laws/regulations

• Demonstrate working knowledge, comprehension and application of local regulations on SHE
• Certified training in industry QHSE Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment and regulatory standards
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharma or similar related discipline preferred
• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role
