Customer Service Job Description:​​

1. Order Management

a) Supports pull in / push out request of orders

b) Triggers shipment release and coordinates Emergency Shipments where necessary

c) Coordination of drop shipments with distributor, end customer, SCM OM, SCM VKL and SCM Traffic

d) Ensuring RMA, credit and debit issues to be processed in a timely manner

e) Provide support to our Sales Managers and our distributors, which involve active communication with different groups of people from all levels of management.

f) Ensure timely delivery of orders to reduce backlog and delinquent.

g) Credit and Debit Request and Approval

h) Quarterly/ Yearly price revisions (for selected end customers)

i) Order entry for customers release PO by mail
j) Consignment management
k) Coordinate customized label, COC/COO request

2.Forecast Management

a) Conduct monthly sales forecasting analysis and forecast entry into Cronos for inventory/production planning.

b) Analyze forecast accuracy with backlog to ensure a min 85% coverage for each distributor.

c) Project registration and BWIN claims for our Sales Manager/Distributors.

3.Customer Master Data

a) Customer Master Database maintenance and EUM check

b) End customer registrations for distributors.

Requirements

1. Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent

2. At least 3 years working experience in the related field

3. Well versed in SAP

4. Computer literate in Microsoft Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

5. Able to work independently, possess good organizational skills with the ability to work in a team

6. Able to communicate well in English

7. Good interpersonal, planning, follow up and analytical skills
